A Toks 2008 ML350 4Matic has just been delivered, and I'd like to know if it's any good (engine, performance etc) and or if the problems are severe or minor. It has 220K miles on it, and brought up the following codes when scanned:

1. P2006 - Intake manifold runner control stuck closed bank
2. P0306 - Cyliner 6 misfire detected
3. P0300 - Random or Multiple Cylinder Misfire detected.
4. System Voltage Low
5. P0304 - Cyliner 4 misfire detected
6. P0410 - Secondary air injection system
7. P0455 - Evaporation emission system leak detected.

Other physical findings:
** Clearing agent bought 0w-40 and poured all in, he said the car had no oil at the port.
** Soot on exhaust
** Fidgety when AC is turned on.
** creaking sound at the rear

* Errors on dash

1. Marker Lamp Front Left and Right.
2. Turn Signal Left Mirror
3. SRS Malfunction Front Left and Right.
4. Brake wear
5. Tire pressure
6. Check Engine

I need to understand you .If you mean the back rest does not recline or come up then you need to check the fuse,if you replace and it burns on operation then you need an electrician to trace the wires.

Don't let the list scare you. A lot of them will end up being interrelated. Solve one clear all. A Toyota with that number of errors won't be moving

Hello. Where can I reset my dashboard error on my c300 2010. The error it brings out do not exist.

Buy a scanner. You should have one for personal use.

Budget 200-250k depending on your location.
That car is very fund of this behaviour,steering lock abi what do they call it sef.
Especially if you don't straighten your tired after parking.

Follow these steps:
1. Do you hear the click sound when your key is inserted.... Does it suck the key?

If no
2. Check if there's power to the eis/steering lock module.... This you do by examining the respective fuses...

If the fuses are bad...replace them. If them seem good reseat them and check their conductivity using a multimeter. Don't spark anything on that car

3. If fuses are good. And there's connectivity. Then check if there's power at the eis and steering lock module respectively.

4. In the presence of power you may need a new module at the defective one more often than not the eis.

Option B.
Verify if your smart key is still good. A defective smartkey can also cause a no key suck and no start.

Option c.
Does your battery have enough cranking juice?
