Oga park and pay does not mean your car gets looked after, it is not security rather just pay for the space you park i n and let me also let you know, not everywhere abroad you pay to park, there are places in London where parking is free, and that's where park and pay originated from.

I left Abuja four years ago, I can imagine what the roads would look like now in terms of congestion. This is Nija where people drive down the road just to buy recharge card.

So in whose interest is this park and pay? There is no middle class in Nigeria again. Is it the poor income earners on d streets/road strugglin to survive with their smal saloon cars shld start beariing anoda extraneous cost? And where wil d money go to? To futher enrich d rich or to do wht exactly? Nauseatin to here this. You dont jst wake and say ppl shld pay for parkin without proper arrangement,wht mannr of policy is tht?

True. It shudn be everywhere just commercial areas and certain linking or inner/major roads that are well built and serviced. It was once operational in Lagos during the days of kingsway and bata. Then u pay with coins.

yep and should be at the recommendation of the business and resident in those areas cos they are the ones who truly feel the effect of traffic.
