This is pure HAND OF GOD!!!
Your stupidity hasn't left you. Because PDP reclaimed the state you now resolved to say this is the pure hand of God.
Just to ask, if it judgement was in favour of APC , what will you say?

Nigeria politics is much more than ballot box and counting of votes. Get wisdom and understanding ,it will help you in life.

Now that things went PDP's ways

a) Democracy isn't in danger

b) Judiciary is no longer controlled by the Buhari

c) Justice Mohammed Tanko is no longer a puppet to the Presidency.

d) Judiciary is the hope of the common man.

But when things go sour, the aforementioned becomes non-existent.

To believe that a judiciary that gave negative judgment that led to the losses of APC in Rivers and Zamfara states is controlled by Buhari is nothing but foolishness.

I just hope we believe in our institutions for once and that their decisions may not always favour our parties.
Don't be deceived my brother. The national APC would rather have a PDP that is nothernly and religiously sympathetic to Buhari, than a Yari led APC.

It is crystal clear if the judiciary refuse to do the needful history will remember them. Supreme court is highest judiciary in the land if they mess up history await them.

It is so good to know that we have a president who does not intervene in the rule of law.

This can never ever happen in the 16 years of election malpractice in the time of PDP, the party of fraud and corruption.

God bless our darling President Muhammadu Buhari.
God bless Nigeria.
This is democracy @ it's peak.

The will of Nigerians will not be subverted. Never! A President once told us in this country that the coming polls would be do or die. Not with President Buhari. Fair is fair. No foul play. Under his watch, his political party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost gubernatorial elections in Bayelsa, Zamfara and Anambra states.
At the recent Council of States meeting, Gov Willie Obiano publicly registered his appreciation to President Buhari, for the level playing ground he made available during the election in his state. With do or die apostles, and a certain political party in power, such would never happen. Not with their garrison mentality. All states are territories that must be conquered, willy-nilly.

APC has won gubernatorial positions under Buhari in Kogi, Ondo and Edo states. The victories were fair and square. The party lost in Bayelsa, Zamfara and Anambra.
This President would never manipulate victory for anyone, not even his own party. And you ask us not to trust him? We will, and no mistake.

Is it the same person that said blood will flow if he doesn't win 2015 election? Fair is what!

Am not surprise at ur manner of analyzing situations, its what you have (trash) you can give.

I just hope you not same trash you grill abi roast for innocent people with this kind sentiments.
SMH!

It's a case of God pass them. They have obviously interfered. It is easy to get away with it at the appeal court but the supreme Court is not so straight forward. That's the beauty of democracy. Removing Onnoghen was a weak attempt. It wouldn't surprise me if people like Oshiomole don't even understand the way the supreme Court functions.

Don't forget INEC surprisingly postponed the election and miraculously an appeal court allowed APC field candidates within the short period even though there was no evidence of primaries. You think that was a coincidence?

The appeal court has a maximum of 5 judges sitting on a case and a minimum of 3. They vote on a case and decide an outcome. The supreme Court requires 7. Supreme court judges are more experienced. They are the veterans who interpret our laws at the highest level. The chief justice doesn't sit on many cases. He nominated the judges that do so and let's them do their job.

I am not sure how many sat on the appeal but the supreme Court clearly ruled that APC held no primaries. We all know they didn't. INEC had already said they didn't. How an appeal court ruled in their favour is worth reading about.

So, I don't agree with you democracy is not at risk. It's just that there is a limit to the high handedness that can be carried out. Just like APC thought their pronouncements determined who would run the senate and slumbered while Saraki took over, they did the same in the first election they conducted. Thinking they would just act like kingmakers in a democracy.

Left to some selfish individuals, the judiciary should be scrapped and they lord their decisions over us but thank God for God.

The way people work together is complicated. It won't shock me these are not direct actions of PMB but some selfish individuals under him. Unfortunately, he is in charge so the buck does stop where it belongs.

You are telling the guy keep quiet. This is not democracy. The party acted wrongly but the Judiciary is something else. This cannot happen in US. Few years to come they will start to complain of low voters turnout.

The majority of the voters know they are not being governed or represented by the Party they loved or voted. This is a Democracy by minority votes.
