Hi, i have paid for a non resident tax code to the oceanic bank of Nigeria plc, but up to now no code. Can any one please help me with this. I have been charged $27,875.00 Usd for this. Thanks  I was a resident there a long time a go, but my family and moved from there 20 years ago. Now i need to obtain this "code" that has been paid for so i can finialise some transactions with the Oceanic Bank.  |

yes i was a resident of Nigeria a bout 20 years ago, then my family and i moved. I have been back numerous times, and donated a lot of money to people there, but now i need to finalise a bank account with Oceanic Bank. |
