SHE IS A WOMAN AND SO WHAT?

She get into an argument with a man.

He slaps her... She feels the pain,

Yet they tell her she provoked him.

She gets into an argument with a man....She slaps him.

They tell her she lacks respect,

Like she doesn't have a right to be angry.

So, her level of respect for people is judged by her degree of silence in the face of brutality.....


Because she is a woman,

Her husband cheats on her, she is told to tolerate it...

To save her marriage, she's the home maker after all...

Society making the barbaric and stupid excuse that ''it is in their nature to cheat''.

She cheats on her husband, she is thrown out by the man and labeled a "LovePeddler"

She is sent packing with her tiny tinker box on her head and her little baby still suckling.

Three years later... The little one is tagged a bastard.


Because she is a woman,

She is judged as a good girl only if she knows how to cook, clean and do laundry for a man.

And when she don't know how to, she is useless as the 'p' in "Psycho"

Here personality does not count here.


Because she is a woman,

He is 28 and runs a company....."Ahh wonderful! Successful at a very young age".

She is 28 and runs a company " Hmmmm, she is not even married, let her go and get a husband oh"

And it seems as if being successful has anything to do with a person's gender.

Because she is a woman,

She is not allowed to have wits or be a prodigy,

She cannot be financially buoyant,

Especially not without a rich dude beside her.

Then she is tagged a generous leg opener, "a runs girl". They never see the possibility that she actually had to go through ups and downs to get to where she is.


Because she is a woman.

She is blamed for given birth to only her kind,

When baby boy comes, the man is praised.

Baby girls aren't really important. Is that it?


Because she is a woman.

She is meant to serve her little brothers like she is their servant,

She does the cleaning, the cooking and even the watching.

The boys grow with it and expect same from their wives.

Can you see how it all started?

But don't forget,

That she is a woman does not make her less human.....
