Abacha Loot: Mahmoud Abacha Reacts by nairalaila: 2:52pm On Jun 07, 2019
Mahmoud Abacha, son of late General Sani Abacha who reacted to report of the newly discovered loot worth £211m and reportedly seized by a British court, has lashed out at those dragging his father over it.

Son of General Abacha who seems not to believe report of the loot linked to his father, prayed that God will expose those behind the act. He wrote;

"Rest in perfect everlasting peace baba. We love you, let your haters continue to drown in the evil pit of hatred until it consumes them ad infinitum. May God expose those behind the so-called "Abacha loot" as they remain quiet when his name's being thrown in the dirt and he cannot defend himself because he is dead. Amin. Continue to rest in peace, you will always remain the pride of Africa."

Even they seem to be flabbergasted and in disbelief to the amount of recoveries just like everyone else.

Our God is indeed great.

Mahmoud Abacha should cease talking immediately. Your late father Sani Abacha was a tyrant, who stole/embezzle billions of dollars from Nigeria

How can one say "rest in peace" to Abacha? If there is Hell Fire, Abacha should already be there.

The case of Abacha is synonymous to the case of a dead man telling tales.

Sometimes when I read about the vast sums involved in the Abacha loot I start feeling sorry for the man. He could not help himself, he just kept stealing and stealing. Stealing sums he had no need for.
I'm sure it must have dawned on him at one point that the thievery was longer necessary.
But he just couldn't stop. grin grin

He's lucky this is Nigeria. In sane climes, he and his whole family will still be hiding in shame. I know one day, posterity will begin to consume all Nigeria's past rulers and politicians and their households. That day is coming! Sanity and moral values will soon return to Nigeria!

UK goverment wouldnt claim to discover a new Abacha loot if there isnt one, knowing fully well Nigerian politician would soon try to reloot it.

its sad that many fathers of abacha's generation hides everything from bank account, lands, properties and even another wife, children and family from their next of kin, thereby scattering the wealth in the hands of hawks and vultures.

If UK had invited him as the next of kin to come and access his fathers hidden wealth, he wouldnt have posted such message

This revelations only shows what people like Babangida, abdulsalam and obasanjo have stashed away.

Reason for the endless loot in my own opinion are the Many sanctions placed on his goverment, and he had to use the black market in buying arms and many other supply just like the money jonathan smuggled with oristejafors private jet to south africa that got seized, Abach also deviced similar money laundry means to buy arms and bribe world leaders
