My sis lives in Nigeria. She has a 1 year old daughter. Her partner (they weren't married) has decided to call time on their relationship.

I want her (& her daughter) to start a new life over here in the UK. How do I go about it please? Thanks

Ps. And before anyone says "how did you get to the UK"; "You should know the procedure", blah! blah!! Blah!!!, I was born here so didn't go through all that rigmarole. When I invited my husband over, he was living in Ghana, it was a settlement/spousal visa and he was given it on that basis so only bought a one-way ticket

You stated that she has a child, so, she is most likely older than the acceptable age for a Dependant. Therefore, she would not be eligible for any migrant scheme except you provide her with skilled employment by which she would be migrating as a skilled worker. If this is out of the question, i'm afraid the only way you can invite her in is as a family visitor which does not entitle her to reside in the UK except you don't mind her breaching the visa conditions by becoming illegal resident.
