there is a lot that is going underground between the trade war, the Chinese admonish information in all forms as a way of getting ahead, fact is the Chinese can siphon data and information from any interested source be it legal or illegally, the problem here is the US has been aware of this and currently at the expense of China 's growth in technology due to exponentially 'frightening ' outburst of its growth in the market ,the U. S understands Huawei has to be a scape goat, the perfect scape goat.
fact if China intends to use huawei to spy ,huawei will be used, it is a potential risk but so is every other technology by the US I mean facebook is an example of a source used for trump's political campaign where users and their data and were targeted .
Africa is at a risk right now, this is our wake up call, boycott both parties and stay neutral

Without the Asia and China you're denigrating,EIGHTY PERCENT of manufactured goods you enjoy in this country would be impossible or out of reach..

Many European countries are partners with Huawei even with the arm twisting and slander of Trump's America to rubbish Huawei..

The same Trump is ready to give Huawei a clean bill of health and exonerate them of all allegations as long as the US gets favorable terms of Trade with China..

And you're here crying more than the bereaved..

Says who? That is absolute lie. You are just lying with straight face. Huawei issue has never been in the terms of the trade war with China. The matter about Huawei is about spying for China which is a different issue outside of the China US trade war/ deficit Trump is fighting

they schooled your ignorance on the last thread, instead of you to stop disgracing yourself, you keep showing the whole world how shallow your reasoning is. Well guess what, africa is not a dumping ground for the socialist china, trying to steal peoples privacy

Which privacy do you have ?

Which patents are you protecting from China or what financial secrets do you have ?

Do you have to swallow everything you hear in the news ? US is simply trying to spoil a company because it is not indeginous ?

Can US do that to Microsoft, Amazon or Facebook ?

Even with All the Facebook saga over trading people's Facebook privacy for money or elections, did the US govt ban Facebook in US ? NO. Facebook openly admitted WRONG DOING and apologized. Yet.... Fill in the gaps.

Use your head. This is simply HATE...

And stop insulting which ever way people decide to reason. People reserve the right to reason anyway once they don't trample on other people's opinions.

You can keep your opinion too. That doesn't make it the TRUTH.

Africa the sweet rose bed, but how will Africa help their situation considering that we are already established consumer of this brand, or are we expected to jettison all other brand for Huawei? if yes then, Africa should use this opportunity to compel a write-off of our humongous debt to China, this is serious bargain tool for all Africa countries indebted to China except we choose to play blind.
Re: Huawei Turns To Africa To Offset US Blacklist by JimohMomoh: 3:16pm On Jun 11
Huawei already have influence in Africa, most of the equipment been used by Telecom operators were installed by Huawei, they can even install sef for credit, they don't mind.
The old-school railway that Ameachi is bragging about 80% of the fund is loan from China.

The only challenge they will have is Android OS, whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook.
Americans dominate the OS market, it's almost impossible to displace them,
For over two decades Europe and Indian programmers tried to Compet with Microsoft Windows OS but all failed.
All Chinese Search engines and social networks Wechat, Baidu, Tencent etc are highly censored by China, can Africans cope?, I don't think so.

Africa and its unseasoned politicians called leaders... Sighs!

They had better do a cost benefit analysis by nation states.

America claims Huawei is state sponsored but they deny. Then why is China leading the campaign to produce lab rats (AU) for a private business firm?.
If Huawei is independent China should not take this so personal (I mean if I'm sponsoring you and I ask you to just help me get small information from another country, wouldnt you do it ? ) but since China is taking this personal it's a no brainer that America is right ,there is something in the offing.

Nigeria alone can give HUAWEI what they want in Africa.

If they can have Nigeria, China and India, what's the fuss with America, after all, how many people are in America?
Do u think it is about how many people or how many 'Significant' people. American has more significant people than those in the aforementioned. Don't just comment but think.

African data means a lot, Let say the Chinese government have an agenda to push in Zambia with the vast data they have on Zambia, they can push ads on every front be it directly to your mobile, tv and all media sources, they have demographic data too so they know where the large concentration of there target audience is and the age. If China wants to push a regime change in Zambia with the data they have about Zambia, all they need to do it gather dirts about the incumbent, process it into ads, push it around target locations, sponsor activist and all. Boom uproar begins and lot of stuff happens, that’s one example and it can happen in many other ways too
