GTB is loosing it. I sent a request for a token to operate my account since 3 days ago to internet banking team of GT bank. Till today I did not get any feedback on my request. I sent a mail to their customer service without any response. I am thinking seriously about closing my account b4 the roof of the bank fall on my head. They have become too complacent because we dont have strong CBN to control their excess. But i belief sooner or later customers will pass their judgement and there will be nowhere for the bank to hide. A word is enough for the wise.
