– Mrs. Aisha Buhari has declared that she wanted to be addressed as the First Lady henceforth

– Prior to this, she was simply referred to as the Wife of the President

– Mrs. Aisha Buhari stressed that it was creating confusion at the state level

According to a latest report, Mrs. Aisha Buhari in a statement on Thursday during the presentation of awards to former and current wives of 36 state governors of the federation announced her new nomenclature.

Mrs. Aisha Buhari disclosed she wanted to be addressed as the First Lady henceforth as against the Wife of the President she was referred to during her husband’s first term in office.
