We are all Yorubas omoluabis. That's all that matters Your imported religion will not divide us. We still hold on to our indigenous gods on the side. We have that in common 2 Likes |

Unlimitk:Kwara is not a Yoruba land, it has even adopted Islamic culture and tradition, it's also been ruled by emir not oba. I wonder why you are still thinking that Yorubas still have a place in Kwara. Osun is another state that will soon go to north, since they are using religion to deceive you guys, it's only a matter of time before everything will take place. Let them keep embracing northern religion and tradition. 1 Like |

Unlimitk: Ask them.for their babalawos. That's when you know why we never have major issues with religious identification. A.Yoruba is first a Yoruba before he is anything. 1 Like |

Unlimitk: OP, change title to "foreign influence in Yoruba religion" Show by population and %age how people surrendered their soul and tradition to foreigners. |

Unlimitk: Thanks to God I'm from Ondo In Ondo state, out of the 18 local government Only 4 LG, have 55% Muslim population and they are Akoko north east Akoko north west Akoko south east Akoko south west. It is when I went out of ondo to school in unilorin that I knew that there is something called "YIDI", where musslims worship during festival. Back to the topic The truth is, Christians are more populated than the Muslims. But why people think Muslims are more than the Christians in South west is that. Muslims in south west participate heavily in politics than Christians (except Christian states) While Christians participate heavily in education than Muslims.... Even in Nigeria Christians are more than the Muslims but most people don't know. CC.Unlimitk, Unlimitk2 2 Likes |
