Well you have just painted the general image of many Nigeria discussion joints except that  the bold is wrong. Even though these 'drunks' rarely reach conclusions, they usually learn one or two things from the discussions.

consequently they go home, update their immediate families who in turn spread the news to the entire community, hence the society become better informed through the discussions of these 'drunks'.
