I would have read the most recent news on vanguard several hrs before i even see it at d front page here!
It's like our moderators are busy posting irking topics to d front page rather than some things that would have allowed good brains to lay issues on table and make some things clearer. I really love it when economists in d house give their views and assertions, when doctors help us out, when historians makes matters clearer and so on.
But now, maddas are so rampart that moderators prefer to post unnecessary topics like, 'nuru and fasasi, who is more handsome?', 'ondo and nigeria, which shld be d new capital of nairaland?' and more annoying sometimes, would be topics like, ' should i call my dad 'daddy' or give him a pet name like 'dad' cos i so much love him since he is my father?', or more idiotic topics like,' i'm about marry a yoruba, but he hasn't agreed to bury me in my igbo-soil when i die, should i go ahead and marry him?'

Well, i love d tribalistic aspect actually, i'm a fan and member but hey, that shld be by-the-way...i want the old nairaland reputation back or i'm shutting this almost-GOD-forsaken site down!
