Buhari like the proverbial peacock has always viewed himself as Danfodio incarnation since he was known.

Deep hate for South especially the SE/SS/middlebelt is embedded in his DNA...!

He attended almost non. If it's not him then non else!
Even council of state meetings he hardly attended cos he's too daft to understand that what goes around comes around

In addition to this, Buhari was absent in virtually all the council of state meetings from 1999 to 2014.
