Hello guys.

Please can I open PayPal with NIN slip (from NIMC) or must it be the card?

Secondly, my PayPal account which I used my Passport number to open was blocked. Can I still used that same passport to open another account?

Sorry, I don't think you can use the slip number.

BUT if I may ask ..why was your former Paypal acc blocked? So that we can all learn from it.Thanks

And hope you had no funds in it when it was blocked?
