I want to purchase the Xiaomi 12T, any reasonable platform available to buy an item above $400??

I ordered for size 46 shoes on Aliexpress but the seller didn't send the right size of leather shoe as i requested. So my foot can not enter the shoe. I have opened dispute on Aliexpress with picture evidence below. Do you think i can win the dispute cause aliexpress is now involved in the dispute? The seller wants me to return it to him in china. I told him i can not afford the freight fee.

I want to order something close to $40 anybody know any method that's best?

You can open the normal account online but like I said you will get zero dollars transaction with it. The domiciliary account requires two referees so it would be difficult to open online

Standard Chartered Bank like most other banks have since suspended the use of the Naira debit card for dollar denominated transactions. So, the answer to your question is zero (0).
