You really don't have any issue.. Especially when it's a registered order. If its not registered that's when you'd have issues

go to your post office and complain to them that your parcel is supposed to be there.tell them to check the bag of 14th of September that ur item should b there.but did ems capture ur parcel when u tracked it??

U guys should revert to batch by batch (with FIFO) in view. This random sorting method is not helping matters at all.

Can't you sort out one bale of package for example and send out SMS for collection before proceeding to the next?
