Chinese holiday would soon be over, by 1/02. We all should know logistics isn't something that's 100% predictable!

Probably the item is not yet in Nigeria or it is an untracked item. One it comes into Nig and is received in Lagos, you can easily find the location of your item on that site.

mine since 24th December o. After waiting for over 70 days for the shipping o.. Now Singapore post doesn't want to deliver the orders to Nigeria.

Any MasterCard or Visa card issued by Nigeria bank would work on AliExpress except the bank bar the service in order to force you to collect USD card.

Only Verve Cards wouldn't work.

That's with your bank not AliExpress.

I'm not sure I've used that shipping method but from the tracking number, it's Singapore Post that picked it.

Leave your dispute opened, though I believe you're likely to still get your package. It must have arrived during the NIPOST mini shutdown. I've got items that landed during that period but hasn't been delivered yet.

If you get it after refund, you can refund the seller.

it was shipped 30th November. Singapore post


The latest update since 21st December was that it has arrived local distribution center. Accepted by last mile carrier.

I also have about 6Packages from different couriers . Sunyou, canaio, Singapore post. All shipped within end of November and none of them have reached the post office yet even tho tracking site says they've reached local distributors.

If the tracking says yes, then, they're there. Check your SG items on NIPOST tracking site (I pray it's up and running), otherwise, check your PO with your tracking details. SunYou and Cainiao don't give updates past IMPC stage, meaning, no local tracking info will be provided for those ones.

Again, visit your PO and ask. Give them the tracking details and tell them when it entered 9ja for them to know the time frame to check.

I went to the post office close to me to ask for the address to use and that's was where I received them.

one of my item just exhausted it 60days and the package is not with me i tried opening dispute it says reason for dispute customs, tracking blq bla bla the main reason is that am yet to receive the package and that option is not there I don't Even know if the seller really shipped the item cause I contacted him 3weeks ago he refused to reply me
