Although, it's based on arrangement. The Nipost dude called to inform me of the arrival of the item, asked him if he could bring it to my door, he said yes. He brought it anyway, I payed him the carrier charges + his T.P + tip.

I went through this thread and used track24.net and I saw it has arrived Nigeria on the 11 of march. What do I do next cos this is my first time ordering from Ali express.
Do I goto the nearest post office to collect my stuff or is that too late?

Don't go and make .... of yourself at the NIPOST as your item isn't in 9ja yet. It has just completed the 1st trip and awaiting the commencement of the 2nd and last lap .

And again, wait till you're called by NIPOST for pickup. Not all offices are at work and not all that are at work will attend to you at this moment!

It's dependent on the shipping method the sender decides to use, but DHL is ok for prompt delivery but expect NCS invoice along. I don't know how much though.

Imagine as how severe this Coronavirus is in the US, their post office is still running.

I asked someone who is in the US whether their post office is on lockdown and she said, ' no, what if we needed our mail? Post office can't be shutdown'

And down here in the bush, we are copying others and we can't copy well.

Didn't it occur to NIPOST I and other Nigerians will be needing our mail?

The last time I checked, Coronavirus don't last long on mail. How did I end up in this part of the world for Christ sake?!!

That's true but NIPOST of now is different from that of then.

If you're going for the option of him resending, ask him to resend first and give you tracking number, then, you can cancel the package (if you don't trust him) or just cancel and wait 10 days as suggested. Any of the 2 will likely be a plus to you cuz I believe the lockdown is affecting delivery and since the order is untracked,....

You many need to refund or negotiate with the seller if you eventually get the 2.

Generally, whoever wants to extend his/her order should do so before it's confirmed automatically by AliExpress, otherwise nothing can be done other than opening a dispute or wait the delivery.

You should know by now lockdown is causing distortion in the delivery.

Note! If you must order during this lockdown, make sure you use expedited shipping like DHL, that way,you can be sure of delivery
