The only solution I would suggest is to buy another phone other than a transsion product.

Use cleaner to flush out unnecessary apps and files on the phone. Restart the phone on regular intervals daily, bi-daily etc. Or you must have overloaded the phone with stuff

Phone is overloaded, uninstall some apps and also stop some background apps running.

Or get a 16gb memory card, and move some apps to SD card if possible.

A woman brought her phone to me and complained about the phone hanging, I checked apps and saw (Firefox, opera, Chrome, uc mini and 2 other browsers, Facebook, Facebook lite, Facebook messenger ) and she uses only opera mini.
Phone was only 8gb rom.

There are also so many apps that she doesn't use, I removed many apps and she was very happy.

Wipe, reset, update, Remove unnecessary apps, move some apps to SD card, stop background apps.... If the hanging did not stop then go to a technician

Bro just restrict some apps from auto start..... Apps like facebook, twitter, instagram,...... And apps you rarely use..

Buy the likes of Nokia, Huawei, Xiaomi una no go hear...

You probably bought a fake. I've already seen clones of the Hot 6, hot 7, Camon 11 so that could be one. Take the phone to carlcare for verification coz I don't see how a phone with 3GB/32GB and helio P22 chip could hang for no reason.

The 3G may actually be a masked 1G, seen such before
