The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday described the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as the most corrupt institution in the country. The party also berated the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, for claiming that the commission was the most improved service institution in the country.
