Was that how we seemed help when PDP was rigging for 16 years it ruined Nigeria ?!

AreaFada2:
It's quite sickening that we still cannot conduct a free and fair election or a headcount/census that is credible and acceptable to all.

If we cannot do it well, let's seek help from relatively young countries that have mastered the art. Such as New Zealand, Canada or Australia. They are also Commonwealth countries but with the colonial baggage of UK.

With time the culture of free elections will establish itself.

AreaFada2:

That brings us to true Federation. We can have a very loose federal system where different ethnic, cultural and religious aspirations can be realised. But there's much resistance to that by the elite. They see it only from the prism of resource control and losing access to all the powers and money FG currently controls. Saying states will mismanage the money too is like saying a full grown man with own family should have his salaries or proceeds from his own investment paid directly to his elderly parents. For fear he might spend the money on girlfriends outside, Bet9ja or shayo. cheesy grin

Whichever system, paying politicians outrageous salaries and 300% of their salaries as special allowance, 150% as furniture allowance and other obscene extras and selling of govt property to them cheaply upon leaving office should not be part of it. It's evil anywhere in the world,

True! Only those benefiting from this skewed federation want the current structure to continue. Politicians are having their way cos the citizens are docile. QED

Restructuring must happen sooner than later or else the fault lines of our nation will cave in into disintegration.

Come off this lame monotonous talk of PDP's 16yrs kaza kaza. The PDP kept Nigeria and democracy for the longest in our history, it successfully handed over to an opposition. Those are the real achievements let apc add theirs. QED

The only achievement of the PDP is entrenching endemic corruption n nepotism into the Nigeria polity no other. Thank God for Buhari who is now cleaning the place up. Imagine investing TSA but not having the goodwill to implant it n foolish people want use to quit the monotonous talk about how a devilish party ruined n held Nigeria spell bound for 16 years ?!

You said nothing but sounded like someone drunk on APC's propaganda!
Buhari is the worst thing that happens to Nigeria twice. He is so incompetent it was mistaken for integrity.

I would be dammed if you argued otherwise.

Die on the attached photos for now.

Atiku's case at the tribunal will likely go the way of pastor ize iyamu guber case against obaseki in 2016,delays and time was wasted until the case died naturally and was rightly struck out.atiku filed his petition between 15 and 22 march which means that the 180 days should end same period in September.over 3 months or over 100 days have been wasted without him making any tangible or reasonable headway.no witnesses have been called and no evidences presented, seems there are still at the pre hearing.

As of Thursday, the court adjourned till Monday 1st July to hear atiku's application challenging the declaration of the court that atiku didnt reply to the apc motion to strips out atiku petition or remove certain paragraphs from his petition.by my calculation, the court will also entertain counter arguments from the defense counsel and then adjoun till the following week to decide on the pdp application.after that, the tribunal will now consider apc application to strike out atiku's petition and adjourn till the third week to decide.
The pdp counsel as of Wednesday asked the tribunal to issue out schedule for witnesses, evidences and the main arguments.this should be out by ending july which will mean 4 months exhausted and two months left.
In the remaining two months, atiku will use 3 weeks to present all his evidences and witnesses.within two weeks, akpabio pressnted 10 witnesses which means that atiku will only have time to present 20 witnesses mostly bordering on the existence of the server.apc will have 2 weeks to defend while the tribunal will use the remaining 3 weeks to adopt final addresses and fix a date to rule.
In the end, atiku will only have time to argue only one ground out of 5 grounds he raised and the case will be dismissed for lack of merit.the supreme case will do same.

. Atikus case is just a waste of time. The percentage of his witnesses and the poling units l he is contesting are not enough for him to win at the appeal. He is just wasting his time.
