who really has the highest number of posts in Narialand

I have noticed that folks on NL just make a post [no matter what the reply cld be]whether sensible or not.
And i think they just do it to get higher scores on their post. So someone who had 200 posts initially begins to comment on every topic [irrelevant replies] and before u know it, the person's gat like 600 posts........... of meaniless replies.


I will show u an example

This is a post. And now i've got one added to mine and that makes it 244 to 245

Now i've got 245 and this is another post..... so now am like 246

I mean, i cld go on forever

It all depends on what you're out here to do. If you only engage in a debate or a meaningful conversation obviously your post count will not go up as fast as someone who's into games and chat-like threads. Anyway, does that really matter?

you know, i have been registered on NL for a while now and am still on 256 posts.

I was tempted to post smileys to get higher scores but that would have been alittle childish. 
Am still on 256 because i only reply topics that makes sense to me and not just anything.
I have read some replies that actually made me wonder if it were just for the sake of writting.

So really, is it having a sensible reply or just sending out one

i just got off a thread now where the NL users are fighting and insulting themselves.
I think people should send a reply when they actually have an opinon or contribution.
I've been an NL user for over 3 months and am just at 90 posts.
To me its not the quantity of post but the quality of post.

There's a nairaland user who just posts smileys. Infact, about 50% or more of her post count are just plain smileys. She knows herself.. no need mentioning names.

+1 for me. I think this is an oppurtunity to increase my posts.
