Tacha told the HMs to stop cheering her on (probably because she was flopping at the arena games and felt she was being taunted) during the games. The HMs knew it made her sad and stopped but Mike decided to continue and it made Tacha flip and call him out. Even Esther later told Mike that he's fond of doing that to Tacha and he'd should stop.
