You dey mind the bozo? Going on strike even after the President had spoken to them and pledged to pay them. To think that was even after they rejected being paid in Naira. Imagine the entitlement.

Before the 2010 World Cup, their papas in the Eagles were being paid 5000dollars until the NFF decided to make it 10000 dollars to boost their morale ONLY for that tourney. After their pathetic outing at the Mundial, the bloody mercenaries ensured that payment stood at 10000 dollars. 10000 dollars in a country where Minimum Wage is 'still' only 18000 Naira!

I think we need to start treating these buffoons like the mercenaries that they are. Pay them well and tax every dollar they earn from us. When they win or lose , they go back to their clubs with nothing more - no glory, no fan worship, nothing!

Or just get some talented local boys, who are hungry to eke out a name for themselves and make them represent us. We pay far less and enjoy quality still ; perhaps more quality than these international frauds who can't play set-pieces to save their lives sef.

Dumb folks who still don't know that they need the country more than she needs them - playtime to get work permits, player worth, popularity, goodwill - the list is endless. Matafact, the country doesn't need twats who are ready to throw her under the bus with every chance they get.

If NFF behave themselves there would have been no need to expose them, how can you claim to pay when you haven't?

This is becoming disgraceful to Nigeria and the continent. Must Nigerian players always complain and or protest, are they the only national team being owed? I understand that of the Falcons because some of them are still living in poverty. But Super Eagles nawaooooo, most of these players are made for life nau why always bring the nation to disrepute. Most of the African stars build schools and hospitals for their respective countries and donate their match allowances to charity; take Mo Salah for example but their own na soso to protest upandan.
Nigerian government and the NFF are shameless. Why allow this to be a recurring decimal? Maybe they do not deserve any good from anybody that is why these players do not show any manner of patriotism to the nation.

U seem not to know Natl team players? Just leave them to groan and moan, they are just trying to look for excuses why they couldn't win the trophy.

U saying a supporter of the team is spewing trash only shows how empty u are. Musa and co are common thieves who are never satisfied. They really capitalized on the bonus increment prior 2010 WC to be putting up this shameless attitude. If u understand the internal politics of the Natl team, u will be ashamed of this mercenaries that represent u and I. They gloat over money and lie with impunity cos they know gullible folks like u will believe their trash. Just use Oparanozie and her team of journey women asking for their 30% cos they heard a rumour of some countries that have been paid despite she and fellow greedy folks knowing that this money comes 3 months after a tourney.

The players will collect 10000 dollars for a match, their hotel bills, feeding, travel expense all taken care of. Tomorrow now if things go side ways in their life, the will say after all the sacrifice they made for nig, they have been abandoned

These guys earn more than the bonuses in a month of playing and they also get paid by their club even as the season is on break. Yet they are always shouting bonus, bonus. If you don't want to play, don't play. The incessant complaint is irritating. One can understand the super falcons complaining of money not these super eagles.

indiciplince bunch,upon all the millions you guys are making ,you are still placing emphacy on money.i still remember when people like george weah,samuel eto'e fil and emmanuel adebayor used their personal money to sponsor their country teams to international competitions.apart from playing for his country without demanding for financial reward,he was the one that pay for flights tickets, paid their hotel bills and bought playing kits for the squad.now tell me why God will not bless somebody like george opong weah and make him king.

Ahmed Musa who spoke ahead of their last group match against Madgascar on Sunday (today), revealed that the NFF are yet to pay Eagles outstanding bonuses.

Recall that the players had shunned a pre-match press conference and were late for their final training session ahead of Wednesday’s 1-0 win  over Guinea, in protest  over owed bonuses, before they were promised payment by the NFF.  However the recent disclosure by Ahmed Musa comes as a shock, as it was alleged that the Federal Government intervened in the row, by sending funds to Egypt for the payment of the players’ allowances. Speaking at a press conference, the Al Nassr forward said;

“The spirit is good in camp and we are ready to play tomorrow (today).  We have put the disagreement about bonuses behind us, we spoke amongst ourselves. I don’t know what the NFF has planned, but we will do our job. They are yet to pay the team’s outstanding bonuses. The governments all over Africa need to do better with financing teams for international competitions."

I now understand why former resident Jonathan banned all Nigeria football national teams participation in both continental and world football, before he was pressured and lifted the ban. The fact is, Nigeria is not ready for football.
