The southern government can invest in this area, but, They are all lazy.

OP raised a good question... The Governors we have in the west are so lazy... What stops Rivers, Akwa-Ibom,Bayelsa and delta from buying fishing trollers and go into large scale business. Do you know how many people will get employment from that and also another way to get IGR... The water is just wasting....

When I see people praising these Governors one question I always have is can they run their private companies the way they do in their respective states. How can you run a government and at the end of the month you wait for allocation to take care of your recurrent expenditure. There are many things that can give states money and reduce the rate of unemployment and influx of people to Lagos which is the only state with better job and business opportunities but unfortunately they are too Lazy and corrupt to think creatively and innovatively.

Cattle Rearing is a very good venture of only they will look towards that direction. Fulani is hiding under the guise of Cattle rearing to perpetrate evil.
