Stop comparing light and darkness. Our problem for now is transmission. This government added more megawatts to our grid in 4yrs than the whole of PDP in 16yrs (fact)

We spent unnecessarily on transmission, why not build power plants for each zone to cater for the respective zone.

You told us Nigeria is producing 98% rice locally, and ask where are the locally produced rice?

This is a subtle message from Buhari that fashole will be dropped as minister from Lagos.

Ambode is going to replace him as minister from Lagos State.

Just watch how Lagos APC will now come out and say Ambode is from Ondo.


Fashola held 2 or 3 ministries and even with that he made sm improvements. Ambode as much as I appreciate a few thing he did in Lagos is largely unfocused and indisciplined. He is also a big crook. Fashola shud handle just 1 ministry.

I thought Obasanjo was blamed, what is he also doing that he has not fully resuscitated the power sector since it is not a rocket science.

If only PDP focused ONLY on POWER/ELECTRICITY for the 16 years they looted and raped our nation in the years we made the highest profit on petroleum.

Slow and steady we will get to a New and better Nigeria.

Our view on this : 11 companies that distribute power were sold to private investors and it is their responsibility, to supply distribution equipment like breakers, transformers and meters.

So, if there is any problem there, as indeed there are, the government should go ahead and revoke their licenses, their ability to respond partly depends on what government does.


Buhari is blaming his own government for failure after 4years in power and you are here blaming PDP.

Discos can only distribute what is generated, 3900MW is not enough for a population of 200m, transmission is managed 100% by FG yet we keep experiencing System Collapse on transmission, recently fire gut a transmission station along Sapele Rd in Benin, if you have been to that place on IT or visitation you will know that most of the equipment there are obsolete, safety and maintenance is very low, yet it's managed by TCN

Just incase you don't know, the present transmission facilities we have cannot carry 10,000MW due to inefficiency of the Grid and obsolete equipments.

FG needs massive upgrade and construction of Electricity transmission facilities nationwide, then power generation can be increased by building new power plants

All I can say as per all the recent Buhari positive statement is *henceforth he Buhari should sack all those cabals or cannibals around him they are the one messing him up.

If Buhari has be talking and acting these way since 2015 I swear things won't be these bad and ugly it's yet time Buhari free himself to avoid people's unecessary anger against him.

Buhari should cut down Fashola wing no need Fashola holding two ministerial portfolio at the same time there are more better people in Nigeria. Fashola should be drop from power sector he is a failure on that area no need packaging him.

Oga Buhari free yourself from all the cannibals or cabals around you and take hold of the power yourself.
