A coalition of northern groups has issued a 30-day ultimatum to governors who are opposed to the RUGA settlement program to reconsider their decisions.

The group also attacked Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, former President Olusegun Obasanjo and threatened to expel all non-northerners in the North.

President Muhammadu Buhari suspended the implementation of the multi-billion naira Ruga project aimed at ending incessant herders/farmers’ clashes following public outcry.

spokesperson, Abdul-Azeez Suleiman, attacked Vice President Yemi Osinbajo for dissociating himself from the policy.
