Do Nigerians have aphantasia?

Aphantasia is the inability to create mental images without external visual stimuli or having no "mind's eye".

Although many who have this condition are able to recreate the other senses of smell, touch, sound, taste, some 'aphants' lack the ability to recreate any of the five senses. This is called Total aphantasia.

Aphantasia is said to affect 2-3% of the american population. Although there are no statistics for Nigeria, I will like to hear from fellow nairalanders.
