Making bold statements with no concrete plans is what our politicians are famous for. What we need right now is a 1 child policy like in China. Too many families having kids they cannot care for. Then we need constant electricity to attract foreign investors to build out factories and plants. The West hates China's newly found assertiveness but they are addicted to cheap Chinese labour and effective industries.
