The plain truth is that there is no list... You will have to mail your course coordinator yourself to find out

General plan (go for schengen)

You do not need to register

The day you intend to travel is the date to use

If the embassy requested for 6months use 185 days

If you are dropping it yourself, a brown envelope will do, do not seal it, when you get to the embassy they will see the contents and advice you on who to address to

Just on a piece of paper write: Intended date of travel xx/11/2019 and slot into your envelope. Biko it's not a formal letter...lol

You have to visit the university page directly or on daad.de and click on the requirement tab or like others have said email the uni for more information.
