The only remedy the Nigeria’s electricity crisis is to decentralize it. Let each state generate what it needs and sell to its consumers. A natl power regulatory agency will just be setup to avoid extortion and maintain standards. But those benefiting from the power misfortune of Nigeria will never let this see the light of the day.
