ItsBolaji: CSSI Ibadan is Apata and fully boarding. CDSS Ibadan is fully day. I attended CSSI Apata, fully boarding for 6 years. I came out a very determined, sociable and disciplined young man but also can be very intolerant to nonsense. My siblings bore most of the brunt. My parents likened it to PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder. When I wanted to get into NDA through a friend's dad who is a Major-general, my mum swore it will never happen, she insisted I was going to a civil university. I went on to become a Medical Scientist and I am thankful. A few of my friends got into NDA, some became pilots, some Engineers, one is now a pharmacist in the United States, some went into business, some have became lecturers. Command gives you a conquering self belief that nothing is bigger than you but it may take away some of your humanity while trying to mould you into a conqueror. |

Ndlistic: What do you all mean by train them. Where they asked to walk on broken bottles? Go to Asia countries and see where they even walk on hot coal. You all are here talking because of common beating. Where you told that they don't train them fighting skills?. |

You mean reciting Koran verses and dying in the name of Allah is better training than what the Nigerian Defence Academy has to offer? I pray that command of the Nigerian Army never falls into the hands of incompetent buffoons like you. hybridblood07: |

I am a product of command secondary school Ibadan and i can tell for a fact if you ask any product of CSS/CDSS they will tell you they have benefited from the training, only outsiders will see it otherwise, some persons spent just 1 year with the institution and they are grateful for it as well as those who spent 6 year, for me i am happy for the year i spent there. |

You're just ranting bro!! Have you been on the battle field with BH? EkunKekere: |
Re: Inside A Military Secondary School (Photos) by Angelfrost(m): 10:18am On Jul 15, 2019 |
EkunKekere: Boko haram is untrained? Please, don't make me laugh... Those terrorists are far better trained, fed, and equipped than your national army... The people sponsoring them are extremely wealthy, and spend more money on their remuneration than the chicken feed your country pays her foot soldiers. |
Re: Inside A Military Secondary School (Photos) by EkunKekere: 10:20am On Jul 15, 2019 |
I don't have to be on the battlefield with them to know that they are not a professionally trained army. If you actually believe that religious fanaticism is a substitute for professional training in tactics and strategies, then there's something wrong with you upstairs. hybridblood07: |
Re: Inside A Military Secondary School (Photos) by hybridblood07(m): 10:22am On Jul 15, 2019 |
Lol Don't get me wrong bro. This guys have strategic plan before going on a suicide mission. Have u asked yourself how they plan landmine and attack army base ? It's because some of our Top senior Military officers and politicians give them information.... EkunKekere: |
Re: Inside A Military Secondary School (Photos) by EkunKekere: 10:24am On Jul 15, 2019 |
Reciting the koran and being willing to die for 72 virgins is not the same thing as a professionally trained combat unit. Or are you saying that the crude tactics of mostly illiterate insurgents is better than the tactics of Nigerian Army officers who are trained at the best military academies in Nigeria and abroad? Angelfrost: |
Re: Inside A Military Secondary School (Photos) by Angelfrost(m): 10:34am On Jul 15, 2019 |
EkunKekere: You underestimate the reach of the sponsors of these terrorist groups... |

Cherrybae: I also schooled at command Enugu. And what exactly is it that you went through, that you now call others "bloody civilians". What was so special about command. Was it the koboko lashings,or head stands and frog jumps or the guard room lock ups and detainment. Ode for your mind you are a soldier. Go to Aba and call ipob bloody civilians. |
