There is no "herbal" method for firming your stomach. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. And by "eletrical tommy belts", i suppose you mean EMS Machines? No, these dont work either. You are simply paying for discomfort.
The only way to "firm" up a muscle area is to work it, by doing exercises that utilise muscle area. If there is any fat covering the muscle, then you need to lose it also.
Exercise and eat well. Do situps for your abs. There is no "magic bullet". The sooner you accept that, the better.

Why don't you do it the natural way. . .Get some workout videos or hit the gym. . .start some sit ups. . .


Though this method might take a while before you start seeing the effects. . .but its more effective. . .Also with dedication on your part. . .

Also diet matters a lot.

Have you heard of Aloe Vera before? You can search for more information online but I tell you, it works and best of all, it's natural. You have to get the real stuff though. Look for products that have the seal of Approval of the International Aloe Science Council (IASC). You'd still need to do some form of exercise to maximise your gains. Best of luck.
