it is the institution that admits not jamb. various institutions only send the list of admitted students to jamb and this is because jamb wants to make sure that all institutions in Nigeria work with the UTME and not just the post UTME scores.

if one is admitted into any institution, there's nothing one can do about it. NO DOUBLE admission.
