You asked PMB to stop the gathering war; but couldn't provide the how. Let me tell you. Private businesses are run privately. There are estate agents and realtors dotting every corner of Nigeria. Let the herders do business with them. They can connect them with the land owners, in case the herders are shy. The situation is obviously scary because it seems there more to this than meets the eyes. The owners of these cows are not the boys and men herding them; they are millionaires and billionaires; politicians and senior civil servants; business men and women. Why go through the government? Why can't they simply ranch them, buy grass, raise fat cows as against lean cows littering our streets? We have laws against open grazing or animals on the loose. Again, what is going on?
