I have always said Reno is not reasonable enough. The fact that he has not seen an Igbo man begging doesn't mean there are no beggars from Igbo ethnic group. For example I have not seen an Ibira man begging ,does that translate into the fact that there are no beggars from Ibira ethnic group?
