Walahi, pray police does not "invite" you. Invite means arrest in our own vanacular. Because the invitation means you must follow them there and then even if they came out of town. The gun is to ensure you follow them ie arrest. You write statement next and you get "Accommodation" following ie cell.

If you need a bus load of heavily armed policemen to drop an invitation letter, then the police will go with armoured tank to make an arrest. What a country!
