jaxxy:You didn't see this? Global evidence shows that if there are 10 allegations of historical nature against a person; usually 3 will be false, 3 will be True and 4 will be exaggerated. An accused may be Innocent of a particular allegation; but could be guilty of others. 1 Like 1 Share |

The Pastor already reported them to the Police for false allegations against him; Police issued them a letter of invitation to come to make statement and state their side of the story. Instead of collecting the letter of invitation and attending to the Police, they started calling press conference and inviting yeyebrities to rant all over social media questioning color of Vehicle Police used and why Police should be armed and similar inanities. Let us see whether Busola Dakolo will not answer the Police invitation on Tuesday 23rd July, 2019. The Law will surely take its course. Kingosytex: 8 Likes 3 Shares

I will even be surprised if they are able to frame any charge against him. You can only be convicted of a crime where there is evidence and there is no single doubt in your favour. From the story of that lady, the only evidence is her oral testimony. The Evidence of whoever she narrated the event to between then and now can at best be "hearsay" which has no value in law. She won't be able to establish the ingredient of whatever offence the Police might want to frame against the Pastor if there is no confession. Yes it took her time to come out to say it (if it actually happened), she delayed in getting justice, and surely she will be denied. Am more afraid for her. It will be better for the matter to die now, if not, if a charge is frame and the Pastor is prosecuted and discharged, she might need to wake FRA Williams from the grave to get her out of the huge damages that will follow, when the Pastor starts his own suit against her. I expect her lawyers to have told her this. 15 Likes 2 Shares |

They are not smart. This is what happen when you all out for revenge you blinded to other stronger opinion. a White man will be like let me talk to my lawyers. The thing may come out good and intelligent in your own head and seem all worked out and angles covered. But if a lawyer go through it, You may just see how dumb your plans or story is. This I blame on the woman. You play with bloggers. They live for gossips. They don't need to fact check. Plus they know they are feeding gullible Nigerian audience who hate to read or observe facts. Many notice loopholes on her stories from the gateout. I said if a lame dude like you and me can pick obvious hole in her stories. What will happen when a sound lawyer who has been doing it for years lay hands on the same story. The only thing case like this are design to archive are "taint". You cant push your luck too far. That is to Raise questions in the mind of people about the moral credibility of the accuse. With no hardfact, it's a worthless course to pursue to conviction. We saw with u.s supreme court judge Cavanaugh. In the end, She may leave this whole episode mess up as the pastor and even more depress than she formally claim. This is what happen when you wake the past up at times. It can go either way. Chinese say no matter how bad things are, always remember they can get worst. Big up to this lawyer that tried to clarify with rational facts. 14 Likes 2 Shares |

drinoayo: Good analysis, "judge". But you can't say oral evidence would be discounted just because they are coming from relatives? Who else would a teenager turn to if she falls into trouble? and, if I recall correctly, she mentioned a couple of other church leaders who also intervened at that time, one of them even falling-out with Fatoyinbo. By the way, is Fatoyinbo saying it was consensual? I thought his defense is It Didn't Happen? You may be a judge and I'm just a layman, but I detect a conservative, patriarchal mindset here. We are talking here of abuse of a girl-child by some towering, mentor-spiritual-guide-father figure, and modern justice systems in most civilized climes are getting sensitized to do their best to protect our vulnerable children. You are also wrong about how your corollary (the boxing glove case) would be decided elsewhere. In America, I can bet you that that husband would have been a jail bird - and the police would have produced the gloves in court for sure. 3 Likes |

GrabHisBalls: U will need to be clearer on who funded who exactly? What is in the media is the church trying to pay social media influencers to tell false stories and we have seen a lot lately. I heard from busola’s side that there are many who have same stories and allegations not yet public and snare even worse than busola’s incident. I just want the truth to be established here period. 2 Likes |
