SOLUTION 1: RESTART YOUR DEVICE

If the app crashes while you are using it, the first thing you should try is to pull out the battery from your Android device. Once you pull the battery, return it back after 2-3 minutes and try the app.

SOLUTION 2: UPDATE THE APP

Make sure you check the Google Play store for latest updates for your app. To do that:

Step1: Launch the Google Play app from your Android device and then tap on Menu

Step 2: From the menu choose My Apps

Once data is cleared, you’re going to start all over again from the beginning. If you clear the data for Facebook, you’re going to enter your username and password again.
