Believe this story verbatim at your own peril. Moreover no information provided by the security agencies in Nigeria would I believe in totality. They will never do proper investigation before coming to the media, and whatever miss information created at first can never be retracted. This information is having so may loop holes.

This man is likely a chemist who lives in the remote village among the Hausas and doing is medical business. For the fact that he treats these bandits and their family members makes him culpable. The bandits arrested would have under interrogation mention his name as the person that treat them when they have gun wounds and our law enforcement personnel true to their methods includes him as a bandit.
