Why Reading Under Stress And Tension Can Reduce Your Chance Of Passing Ican Exam by starryadmin: 6:24pm On Jul 29, 2019
After the release of ICAN results, while most of our students were rejoicing because they passed ICAN exams this diet, a student who just joined our Telegram class asked a question;

“Why is it that most ICAN student are faced with the problem of not having enough time to complete the whole ICAN syllabus and when the exam date is very close, they will start studying under stress and tension”

To my amazement, up to 48 new students chat me privately for solution to the question above.

So, our team of Expert Career Research and Development came up with this study “WHY READING UNDER STRESS AND TENSION CAN REDUCE YOUR CHANCES OF PASSING ICAN EXAM”

Stress is “a normal physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance in some way.” When you sense danger, your body goes into “fight-or-flight” reaction mode in order to protect you. This is great for emergency situations, like slamming on your breaks to avoid an accident, but it is not so wonderful for studying.

When your brain is under stress, meaning a situation that it perceives to be a threat, it will immediately send nerve signals down to the adrenal gland in order to release adrenaline. This will cause an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. Additionally, it causes higher levels of sugar in the blood.

Within the brain, the hypothalamus sends a signal to the pituitary gland and tells it to release various stress chemicals into the blood stream. This reaches the adrenal cortex in less than three minutes and tells it to produce cortisol - a primary stress hormone.

Stressed has been shown to limit the communication between brain cells.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO EXAM STRESS?
