Bunkering is not a crime. There's a reason why the shadowy activities are referred to as 'illegal' bunkering. The term bunkering is used colloquially to the illegal variant so much that we seem to forget that storing fuel in tanks and supplying to ships can be done legally with appropriate permits and equipment. 1 Like |
