You assistance is needed. this is a building (twin duplex) at roofing level in lekki/ajah.

whats the best way to correct a differential settlement in a raft bed+german floor? the difference is about 150mm on a building length of about 25m. the building width is 11m.

Is screeding alone sufficient?
should another pillar be introduced at the weaker end?

Qualified geotechnical engineers and foundation repair professionals should be sought. There is underpinnings or piles method of reparing a defferential foundation. Helical piles can be driven deep into the soil. Combinations of these methods can also be used. In extreme cases, entire foundation replacements are done. In some cases drilling holes
and adding rebar can help. Depending on the damage.
