These days when I am going home late and I see small kids outside by 10pm or 11 dancing in front of a barbers shop or those beer joints I just wonder at what the world is turning to

chairman,read well. When I was in primary school, we must be indoor latest 7pm. That was more than 20 years ago. imagine 5yr old in very unsafe world, probably in nursery who went out to buy biscuit by 7pm.
