There can never be a president as bad as Jonathan in the history of Nigeria.

The very very very worst which I am sure nobody will surpass again is BUHARI !!!! He destroyed Nigerias democracy and Africas best economy in the 80s through a needless coup and very psychopathic monetary polices there by entrenching survival driven corruption into Nigerias national fabric and totally wiping out Nigerias middle class. Which took Nigeria almost 30 years to recover from . As the middle class just began to recover He is elected in 2015 where he uses a combination of stupidity , nepotism , irredentism, psychopathic monetary polices , mindless vendatta , brazen corruption , sectarianism and legendary ineptitude to once again destroy our democracy by outrightly rigging it and destroyed our economy once again sending the middle class packing and spreading poverty on scale never before seen in the 21st century ..Buhari will also go ahead to make Nigeria the tourist attraction for Islamic terrorist of all kinds who have laid seige on Nigerian clans , villages and highways shedding blood and kidnapping Nigetians like never seen before.. 1. If Shagari had not been overthrown....very likely we would have ended up with something like SAP under IBB.

Shagari was talking about austerity economics by 1983. Plans existed to tighten seat belts. Even then, there was still a lot of bloating in the government

2.Jonathan, probabaly would have been , if he had won in 2015...forced to remove fuel subsidy by 2016 by Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala. (And yes., it wou;ld have been the right thing to do). By now, the economy would have been benefiting from the removal.(but that's because I am biased twoards subsidy removal).

3.Buhari...in my opinion did not handle the Sahgari economic mess, and is not handling the current economic mess now. Yes, he is saving money, and making cuts where he can, but he is still keeping price controls in the power and petrol sectors...which is scaring away investors. Plus the subsidy thing...is just pouring money down a big bottomless pit.
