And it's saddening that it involves ripping off the man next door rather than ingenuity

Very sad issue. They would tell you that they rip other people off because 'country is hard', but I keep wondering if the country is not hard for that poor man or woman that falls for the acts of these criminals.

Sadly, the police to citizens ratio is very poor and I keep on wondering why our citizens choose to overwhelm the security operatives to their own detriment; because when they are overwhelmed with sundry financial crimes, how do we get them to focus on securing lives and properties of the citizens.
