When i say thw Bible says that, it's not in actual sense that it's quoted in the Bible. The Phrase "Heaven helps those who helps themselves" is a common phrase used by people and its based on some parts of the scripture which suggests so... An example is 2nd Thessalonians 3Vs10

My major fear for this Big brother of a thing. I always wonder if they do go for STD/STI tests before coming into the house, hence the way they fvck unnanounced and carelessly.
