Good day nairalanders. I love the way you guys help people here. As a child of God, I believe sexual relationship is for the married only. A man is expected to satisfy the sexual needs of his spouse as much as he could. However, I see that a prevalent problem among men is quick ejaculation. This problem is so prevalent that many men have resorted to all forms of self medication. A friend once suggested using Tramadol as a tool to delaying ejaculation. Please I want to know if using that drug has any side effects. Medical doctors please I need your assistance. |
