The major difference between 70% and 35% is that 70% will make your book more expensive. Is best for books or authors that are already selling fast
Not for newbies that are still trying to establish their presence.

For those who are still struggling to understand this keyword ranking thing after you have written a good book, here is what Amazon says about Keywords to avoid:

Information common to most items in the category ("book"
Spelling errors
